Hi,
My name is Madhuram Mehrotra.
I am using an Idea number +91 9639241321 od Delhi NCR circle. It had a lifetime validity at the time of sim activation. But recently from a few days I had been receiving a meesage stating “Your outgoing services will end on 28 November, 2018. To continue services recahrage with unlimited validoty or special plans.”
Even after doing a top up recharge and having sufficient balance, when I make a call it still says “apki outgoing sevae samapt ho chuki hai”
This is an unfair trade practice of changing the initial agreed terms and conditions.
Please look into this and take some actions against them.
