I had recharged my account 2 hrs back, every time I call them they say wait for 10 mins.. after 2 hrs it’s not rectified and they are saying I have to raise a complaint and pay 200₹ to fix this issue. It’s not about ₹200, it’s the policy with which they are looting consumers.
