Lately I had done recharge of Rs.100/- for Videocon services, after which my services were stopped immediately saying that I had previous pending loans.
I contacted customer support executive who disconnected my calls twice, they also didn’t had any information on when I requested for loans.
No request number. No proof of me requesting for loans with the service provider.
There has been no proper response from the Videocon services.
