This is to infrom you that we have a videocon DdB smart LED that is not working from last 7 days and we have lodged a complaint for the same to the concerned deaprtment. The best part is that there is no response from videocon and we have been there without t.v.since then. I am sending you the copy of sms sent by videocon for your reference.

Its been 7 days but still no one is there to repair the fault. Inspie of sending so many mails there is no one to respond from videocon.my T.V is still under warranty period.
