I have complaint of My Videocon LED to on 26/05/2019
Complaint no -THA2605190035.
Call attended 29/05/2019 service technical person.
He said LED tv Back light problem part is not available with company. provided within 10 Days.
I pay Rs.1350/- service charged for visit.
After that we call back to Service center & Customer care no But no one’s resolved my problem till. she said me to Regularly parts is not available wait for some days.
Already after Complaints (26/05/2019 to 16/06/2019) 23 Days completed. So tell me how meny days will waiting.
When i purchased Videocon LED TV i got 3 years warranty & i purchase Extended warranty 2 Years also. Total 5 years warranty we have.
But after 2 years like this service provide to us than West of my Extended warranty many.
Pls tell me Videocon is Big company in the World but they Don’t have 1 spears part in stocks.
Sir tell me i am purchase TV at my home for Entertainment. We have 2 small children in my home last 20/23 Days the dont have any entertaining my Wife also. Child & wife said to me daily throw out this Bad service Company Dabba TV and purchase new one.
So pls tell me what can i do.
