I have Videocon LED and is under warranty
LED not working and i complaint for the same and they check and reply its part is not available and we will provide you new LED but need depression amount for the same i check the warranty booklet of LED but don’t get this type of condition mentioned that i need to pay depression amount to them
i ask my local mechanic he reply the LED can be repair easily but they don’t want to repair it
its new business for videocon to harass the people and sell them their poor quality product
continuous mail them but they reply only we will resolve your issue as soon as possible and even i registered post but no any reply from them
their is only one option to resolve the issue by submit my application in consumer court
