Regarding D2h setup box not working, I had made frequent call to customer service from past one and half weeks. They logged a complaint 59715216 on Nov 25, 2020 and closed it without providing any resolution. I have logged another complaint 60733432 and even that does not seem be looked at. Sometimes, they call me and ask for address but does not send any technician for its setup box replacement.
We have logged a service request After that, we called the customer care for 6-7 days but our service request was not handled. We escalated it many times. When we called today on Dec 3, we were informed that the request was closed but there is no resolution provided for the request. So we got another request logged 60733432 and even that does not seem to be looked at. Whenever we call customer care, we are asked to wait for 24 hours but nothing is happening. We are tired of calling again and again.
Sometimes some person from d2h (04049554488, 9811751357) calls us and asks for address and pin numbers but does not send any technician. We called 04049554488 from which we received earlier the call to check when will the technician come and we are informed that it will not happen for another one month. Is this how videocon provide service? If videocon is not interested in providing service then, please remits us the downtime charges for all these days. We will move to some other service provider.
