Text of Complaint by Rahul:

Regarding D2h setup box not working, I had made frequent call to customer service from past four weeks, They have booked the multiple complaint and said some engineer will come to home for verification and replacement of d2h setup box.

Engineer came and saw the issue and said has to replace some parts. And I was agreed to pay service charge and d2h charges.

Even after that very poor service and after making call saying raise complaints against d2h box.

People diverting call on others head. Not replacing any parts and I have paid for 6months plan
It is very irritating and frustrating service by d2h
