Dear Sir /Madam,

From morning unable to channels as mentioned that recharge not done.

On 30/01/2019 I had recharge and end date is 24/02/2019. It’s a 26 days cycle and not 30 days. Is it kind of malpractices going on ?

I called up number of times to customer care but no one picking up the call or make the call.

I had made complaint but how is it automatically resolved unless until there is no single call, correspondence or visit from your end.

This will be very unethical and unprofessional work.

Next 2 hrs this mail will be forwarded to TRAI and social media.
