Hi,
Following up with d2h team from last 3 weeks to get this issue resolved for wrong customer name and id since videocon engineer replaced the setup stating there was a issue with existing setup box. The account shows it is disconnected and account balance as zero.
call customer care almost on daily basis from last 3 weeks, complaints are being raised every alternate day, they tell issue is resolved from our side wait for 3hrs, keep TV running same will get reflected with correct details.
but no success till date.
kindly support and let me know what can be done with these frauds.
