After choosing new pack and channels videocon d2h services are not proper. Half of the channels are not coming. Though we have chosen bengali gold pack yet zee bangala and many other channels are not viewable. Whenever we call customer care they say its busy. I am fed up and struggling for last couple of weeks. Just dont know what to do?? Please help. Money is just wasted. I have sent mail also but of no use. All channels i have purchased does not come. Just useless and getting frustrated.
