During Dec 2018 , when my connection was due for renewal i was given an option to renew the channels for Rs 3999/ (all SD channels will be available) , which i renewed on Nov24th 2018.
But now from apr 7th most of the channels which were subscribed are not coming.
After waiting for long periods and contacting the customer service desk not getting proper response on the issue and resolution .

As per TRAI’s press release, the customers had to give their choice to the distribution platform operators by or before 31st March, 2019. We have also sent messages to all the customers to provide us their choice. Since we did not get any choice from you, as per TRAI guidelines, you were accordingly migrated to the best fit plan consisting of your current key channels. However, no lock in has been applied on your plan and you can change your pack as per your choice, any time. You can visit d2h.com to view and modify your plan on the website.
