1. My subscriber id is 102059700. Videocon automatically added some channels in my plan and  charging me very high. I tried to call customer care but i always got a same reply that our systems are not working. They are making joke of customers. If you want to speak to their manager they will disconnect your call. Very frustrated. From last two days no channels are coming. Videocon charging me 22 rs per day but no service is provided by them. Even though free channels are not comming.
