If this is the service then u all should close ur company. It almost more than 40 days for me to launch a complain on various reasons on my d2h connection the complain num is 769490866,776164838,776637884 but still  no engineer is come to replace my d2h box..i think i should throw the d2h connection if u all unable to provide the service then there is no need to open the company…very very bad service
