MY VIDEOCON D2H CONSUMER NO. IS 39521321
Some channels is not showing from last few days from 5 April 2019 with error message INVALID CHANNEL NUMBER or not subscribed. I have called the customer care and raised a complaint on 8 or 9 April 2019. On 10 April 2019 i have received a call from service engineer1(9811751041) and informed that i relocated to another city.On 11 April 2019 i have received a call from service engineer2 (9964270885) and informed informed him to come on saturday 13 Apr2019 . To my surprise on 12 April 2019 I have received an sms that Rs.200 service charges has been deducted from my account with out the service engineer visiting my place.
I have raised a complaint no.708900195 with customer care. Videocon D2h closed the complaint no.708900195 on 15 April 2019 with out refunding the money. Videocon D2h had never refunded the money. My account has been disconnected due to insufficient balance on 16 April 2019.
I have raised another complaint no.713496293 on 27 April 2017 and till date Videocon D2h neither refunded money back nor the account has been reactivated.
I have called their customer support number 9115691156 but it takes a lot of time to connect the call and they inform that their system is down or they could not transfer their call to their senior. I have sent an email to the customer care and have not received any reply from them.
Could you please help how to raise a complaint against Videocon D2h and get the refund back? Please help me to solve the issue.
