According to new rule of TRAI every DTH service provider has to change their planes from 29th December 2018.As per rules consumer can choose their own pack according to their interest but my service provider videocon d2h deeney to change my plane.I have been charged as per old package.i call many times to costumer care but all time they make me foolish and not resolve my problem.i am helpless kindly resolv my problem
