Hi,
My parents have d2h connection from videocon, they shifred to the native place for two years and the id was inactive 4days ago they contacted the customer care and recharge with amount 290/- and after that the connectiin wasnt up and when contacted again they says it was deducted against reinstallation which never happned…its a big fraud and from last 4days we are calling again and again no resulation and just fake promises from them.
Please revert as soon as possible.
