I am a Videocon D2H customer for last 2 years and faced no issues. I have re-charged my account and forced to migrate with new plan. Since then no channel available for viewing, have been calling customer care numbers, mailing …etc. It is a humongous task to speak to some in customer care and have spoken to couple of officers and they have promised to resolve issue, but nothing happened. it’s been a mental harassment caused by Videocon D2H. Am seeking faster resolution and reimbursement of amount.
