My Videocon D2H is not working for last 2 days because a software update with was triggered automatically. I am unable to use my TV because of it. And Videocon customer service is adding up to my trouble:
1. There are no representatives available whenever I try to call them.
2. I am getting charged for the days I am unable to use the service
3. Finally when the customer representative calls up, he says that they need to a send a representative and will charge Rs. 200 for the visit. I did not initiate the update, neither was my consent taken not the box is damaged. Why should I pay for some fault at videocon end.
4. On asking him to transfer call to senior representative, my call was disconnected.
This level of unprofessionalism by videocon is unacceptable. Action needs to be taken against them
