I had raised a request for a remote on 30th December 2019 Complaint Number-771414658 and was told it will be resolved by 31st December. The ticket was closed without intimating.Again had to call on 1st January 2020, ComplaintNumber-771675933 and was again told it will be resolved by 2nd January 2020 . And the same was repeated. Had called on 3rd January and was given assurance that i will be provided the remote by EOD but even after multiple calls no one is answering and giving any response
