I had recharged for 3 months in videocon D2H in January, from mid Feb i started getting message saying that my balance is zero i should again recharge, i tried contacting them through their customer care number, but constantly buzy or no response, i selected a package and again recharged for Rs.300, after 7 days i got a message saying that my monthly charges would be around 730 per month and in 15 days it was showing zero balance and got disconnected. i selected a new package and recharged for Rs.350 yesterday, till now no response as to what would be my charges for the new package nor are they responding in any form. Their Customer care number is constantly engaged, even after writing mails there is no response. After 15 days they will again they will disconnect. For about two months subscription i have already paid around 1550 Rs. which used to be Rs. 900 earlier. There is not even responding to Mails. Need your help
