Hi,
I have been a Videocon D2h customer for many years . Every month I have to recharge and every month they ask for 200 RS to look into the issue which is absolutely disgusting and annoying. The worst ever customer care folks knows nothing about the technical aspect of the product. Hence, they are incompetent and they provide no service to any customer.
I recharged for 1000INR and even then they are saying that an agent will visit and look into the issue
I want my refund of the paid amount also a strict action against the Videocon D2H team.
