Hi i am a user of Videocon D2H (customer Id: 110171536) and under this new TRAI rule, i am not getting any Zee Channel HD bouquet provided by Zee channel like “Zee Family HD” or “Zee All in One Premier HD” in Videocon D2H Bouquet list/Add on list, only SD bouquet addon is available. To add Zee HD channels we have only option of either adding them ala carte or taking Videocon combos. I have even visited their office and asked them to add the bouquet combos of Zee and they said its not present in their list.
Please ask Videocon D2H to provide the combos provided by Zee channel itself.

We would like to inform you that right now we don’t have zee bouquet in HD moreover you can choose A-La-Carte for the same channels. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance.
