Text of Complaint by Payel Saha:

I paid yesterday Rs. 280 for my monthly package for my wished channels which include Zee Bangla cinema. They do not provide me the paid channel for Zee Bangla cinema and also free news channel ABP Ananda. When complained to Customer care, they asked for sending Engineer for which Rs.200 to be given excluding further parts cost. Videocon D2h is a cheating firm for valued customer. When some rain goes they disconnected the channels.
