MY VIDEOCON D2H CONSUMER NO. IS 188568221
Some channels is not showing from last few days from 2nd June 2020 with error message SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE. I have called the customer care and raised a complaint on 3rd June 2020 i have received a call from service engineer1(+919160207972) and informed that there is signal issue. To my surprise on 3rd June 2020 I have received an sms that Rs.200 service charges has been deducted from my account with out the service engineer visiting my place.
I have sent an email to the customer care and have not received any reply from them.
Could you please help how to raise a complaint against Videocon D2h and get the refund back? Please help me to solve the issue.
