This is regarging my customer id 133621279 wherein i had requested D2h customer care vide my complaint no.800153201 and 800153476 dt 09/08/2020 and vide my mail dt 10/08/2020 and 12/08/2020 to discontinue / disconnect my mirror connection having Card Number : 10213271181 and Product No : 411114780161219813. Also I have requested to adjust my subscription / recharge amount of Rs.732/- against my primary connection 110914750103000934. Till date I have been informed by the customer care executive that due to less staff they are not able to service my request. If this is the attitude of the company where customer will go for the complaint. Hence by this mail I request your good self to intervene in the matter and resolve the issue of discontinuation of services on the mirror connection.
