Hi i am a subscriber of videocon d2h i have a complaint about them,they activated some value added service channels without my any kind of activation request the chennels are highly chargable(40rs per month)and when i called the customer care they said you gave missed call and activated those channels but they are liar…i never called that number nevr any miss call done still they add such channels to my monthly pack ,i told them to deactivate those cahnnels and they do so but i am sure after few days those channels will restart without my insist or concern secretly it will be added to my pack thus this peoples are cheaters and liars.

I request you to take strict action against them.
