Text of Complaint by Ravi Naidu:

I am a Videocon D2H Subscriber. Had up gradated to the new TRAI Package post my due date and submitted online through Videocon D2H website. Post which all the channels have been blocked and I  am getting only free channels. I spoke to around 20 different different customer support guys, but every time i have been false guided by saying “we have re-initiated your set up box you will get the channels in 10 minutes” to “our servers are down we can not help you” and at times been kept on hold for 40 minutes… This is very disgusting and unprofessional behavior on the part of Videocon d2h. Its almost 85 hours since the time I upgraded and still I am not getting any response from them nor I am getting the subscribed channels. This has caused lot of strain and trauma. Need immediate resolution for Videocon D2H.
