My customer id is 148387338.

I was trying to raise a complaint regarding Active Bhakti service which was activated on my account without my request or confirmation. I need it to be deactivated with immediate effect and reverse the amount.

I have raised a complaint on SMS on 24th March 2019 and I got a reply saying that issues was resolved without deactivating the service.
I have been trying to call their customer care numbers several times since 24th March 2019 evening and all their numbers were saying line are busy.
On 25th morning I was connected to one of their customer care executives however he didn’t even care to entertain my complaint and hanged up the call.

Please help me resolve the issue.

  1. Sir mera risonal channel ko cutting karni hai,Hindi,odiya,Telugu etv,Hindi news,Hindi film,star bharat,ko chodkar jitni bhi channel hai sub ko kut karna hai.bahut din ho gaya hai sir much aabtak nahi hua hai.
