My Videocon d2h is not working ,I had lodge complaint and the engineer is trying to repair it, Since it is a MDU (Big building connection) the part is damaged from their box that is lying at 14th floor of my building.
The whole tower d2h is operated in single umbrella that is the property of Videocon d2h.
So why they are charging me if the part is damaged for that umbrella
Now from 3 days it is not working and they are not sending the engineer
