From Last 4 weeks our dish TV of Videocon couldn’t start well. All the channels are blocked, coustmer care didn’t reply. Now please you tell us what we want to do. As per the TRI’S RULES AND REGULATIONS it was the responsibility of the company to give us good service but they can’t.
The worst service of Videocon d2h that I have ever seen. From last 20 days I tried to call them but the poor pathetic service of it sleep like Kumbh Karan. Always busy… on a 4th Feb we did a recharge of it but as per their third class system they couldn’t start our service properly. Please friends don’t buy this dish. its a humble request to all.
