Dear sir,
Videocon d2h is always activating some new channels without my permission and charging money for that channel.
I called to Videocon d2h customer care for complaining but the executive told me that there is no any option and you have to pay for the channel. This type of thing is happening with me many times since last 2year.
So I am requesting you to please take some action on this type of company who are doing these cheap thing and cheating their customers and force them to pay for those channels which are activated by the d2h company not the customer.
