This is Hari Krishna Sistla, a Videocon d2h user for almost seven years Consumer ID: 141459103. Am not able to watch the most wanted channel of mine did complain in regard to the service team that happened in June of this year. The service personnel did not visit my place yet. I lodged complaints almost six times but received no response from their side. In this span, a person who did visit my place who was not that experienced did break the L and B of mine. He said I shall take the responsibility and shall replace the one with a new but did not turn back till this date (11 Nov 2020). Whenever I try to contact the service personnel, they keep me on hold and finally cut the call.
I tried to contact the Nodal Officer of Telangana by phone but had to hear that the phone number does not exist and tried to take the issue by email, yet not responded.
Am really disappointed with the service they provide and hence lodging the complaint.
