I have restarted my videocon D2h and before doing recharge i called CC whether it is possible to restart after 1 year or not. CC executive told he is activating to channel as asked me to do recharge. I have done recharge and waited for 7 to 8 hour but i got error “E16-4 channel is not part of subscription “. I again called CC to resolve the issue but CC supervisors said engineer visit is required and i need to pay the charge. Why should i pay i have done recharge and it is the problem from D2H. I think d2h is looting the customer by this kind of money earning tricks…they don’t give service after paying… Government should take action against videocon d2h they taking costumers money for free
