Subject- Trai — complaint against videocon d2h for your urgent resolution required
I had done my recharge on last 2 Week and the expiry date letter
But suddenly all the my previous channels have stopped .
I have been trying to contact the Videocon Customare Care by Phone, and customer care has started some unusable channels and what i need they are saying as per TRAI ruls you go through the online and select as you want . Request you please help new recharge monthly recharge 360 goldback but all channel 8 days is working but suddenly all channel is insufficient balance but I will check balance available in 250 rupees Videocon customer care number is not always working
