I am writing this mail to address the issue, we are using videocon set-top box from the past 10 years now we had an issue with a set-top box, not working and called to videocon customer care to sort out the problem, by their suggestions we opt for new HD Setup box cost of INR 759 /- recharged with 759/- on my customer ID 2197511 on 07-09-2020 at 10:00 pm. once done the payment instructed us to call back to Videocon CC care for the installation of new HD Set-top box with a stipulated time of 48 hours. Then after reaching the cc care they are coming up with the same answer within 24 hours it will be resolved from the past few days day are disconnecting call which makes very uncomfortable. on this Saturday we tried with different mobile no’s same repeated we are the customers had payment and even they are not providing proper details and services. This completely unfair.. request you take necessary actions on this issue.
