I recharged for 599 package of airtel yesterday. But till today morning this amount was not reflecting. When contacted the customer service they asked me to wait for 10 days for refund. This provoked me. We had nasty discussion. After that payment was refunded. Immediately I again recharged for the same amount. But again I received a message that the payment has failed & my amount will be refunded after 10 days. I want to change my service provider to jio. How to do that?
