I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter of fraudulent activities conducted by an individual named SONA AGARWAL on Telegram with various profiles such as Sona_Income,Sona_Profit, Women Power, etc .She is luring people by pretending to be a betting expert, into investment schemes through deceitful and convincing means, resulting in financial loss.
I am a victim of this fraudulent individual, who has been operating through various online platforms especially Telegram, to entice unsuspecting individuals into investing their money under false promises of substantial returns and growth opportunities, I believe their actions are in violation of cybercrime laws.
The modus operandi of Sona Agarwal involves presenting fake investment opportunities, creating fraudulent posts as payment proofs, and using misleading information to manipulate victims into transferring funds. I, along with several others, have fallen prey to these deceptive tactics, resulting in significant financial losses.
She asked to transfer funds to her sports manager Ruksena of Rs.5,000/- which i did and realsied that she is a fraud because she stopped responding to my messages.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to launch an investigation into the activities of [Suspect’s Name]. The impact of these fraudulent schemes extends beyond me, affecting numerous individuals who have suffered financial losses due to the actions of this individual.
I am willing to cooperate fully with your investigation and provide any additional information or evidence that may assist in bringing to justice. Please let me know if there are any specific steps or procedures I need to follow to support your efforts. I am unable to warn the members of that group even by an emoji as she has disabled the function. She keeps travelling across the world, so you can catch her at the airport. She has a son and her husband who always accompany her wherever she travels. I would also request you to verify these transactions.
