Dear sir, I booked a air tickets with via Com under refer number FMNLA3D6VU8MT on 19 sept 2020. Due to covid-19 airlines(vistara and go air) canceled my tickets and tell me that the airline has initiated the refund fun and the rest of the formality would be done by the via Com (formaly known as flight raja).
Today is 9 Oct 2020, they are not replying my mails nor they picking up the call.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
