I have booked a round trip Chandigarh-Manali-Chandigarh through Via.com. The payment was successful, my amount was debited from the account. But, the booking’s status is “Not Confirmed.” After that I have called customer care, spending approx 1 hour no one picked the call. mailed them twice. Till now no response from their side. My booking reference number is FMNAB3FE5ZS20. I want my money back. Booked first time from via.com. Really very bad or I can say fraud.
