I have booked a round trip from Chandigarh-Manali-Chandigarh on 21 Jan 2021. The payment was successful & the amount 3545.52 rs was debited from my account. But, my booking’s status is “not confirmed.” I have contacted customer care, after spending approx 1 hour, no one was picked the call.. Also, I have mailed twice but no response. I want my money.
