Dear Sir/Mam
I am Sudip Mukhopadhyay and an Existing user of Vi Network and this email is regarding some serious issue with my Vi number which I have ported out recently to Jio. Ok so let me brief it out to you all. Recently on 10th October 2021, I have ported my Vi number 9593332298 to Jio due to some serious issue caused by some unwanted glitches on your network. First of All, I was using a rental of Rs 399+Gst which rounds up to Rs 470 per month but I was charged Rs 1100 more than my usual rental and that caused me to change the Network. So before my Billing Cycle ends up I ported out to Jio and I am currently using it but before porting to Jio I cleared up all my dues and not a single penny was left out but still, Vi sent a message to Jio regarding the unwanted Bill of Rs 1564.50 and Now Jio is telling me to pay it off if I don’t pay then my connection will be discontinued.
