I have received a message stating Rs.40 has been deducted for some service by Vodafone-Idea for choosing to access vipnw_d2c_40.  I have not opted for any such service and without my knowledge vodafone-idea has deducted Rs.40. This is the second instance I am getting such message and amount has been deducted.
