This is the message I am got today from VZ-ViCMS.
On checking *199# and on vodafone whatsapp number 9654297000, it says you do not have any active VAS on your number. But when checked on Vi app, in Value Added Services section it shows 3 deductions of Rs 3 each.
Leaving my work in the mid, I am getting headache in finding-
– first, the info about deductions (as it says I do not have VAS activated initially)
– finding an option through code, whatsapp and Vi app to deactivate the VAS (still unsuccessful, couldn’t find an option)
– finding an option to talk to a human (CSR) by all 3 ways mentioned above, still unsuccessful and couldn’t find a way to talk to a human.
In the process of tracking my Rs 3×3 deductions, I have lost maybe 8 rupees charge as call cost to the numbers 198 and 199. Apart from this, lots of hate has been generated in me towards this whole experience. Its traumatic for me, doing this shit instead of my work on the lockdown.

This is very bad experience from last two days i have also been facing this problem..i have been charging 5 rs. daily …i do nothing when i cancelled this call still they are deducting 5 rs. .. i want to abuse this type of wrong doing to VI…I also want to sue VI…. Thu thu thu thu..i think i am not alone victim they are making crore of rs to charge this deduction from many people…this look low deduction but they are making lots of money . %&@#$%&
