I purchased a new Vi sim card on 19th Aug 2023 for 499 INR. They promised to deliver the sim within 24 hours. It’s been over 48 hours but I’ve not been contacted by Vi regarding the delivery. It seems like they don’t care about delivery the sim as the payment has already been done.
