I ordered a vodafone idea (VI) SIM online by paying 299 for prepaid plan in their website on 11th September 2023. As per their policy they have to deliver it in 24hrs but today is 13th and it has not been delivered yet. They also don’t respond to calls and are not refunding the amount.
