After Vodafone and Idea collaboration..after every 4 days, I getting charged for rs 7 or 10 with message as I have downloaded some form or game..which I have never done…also, none of the extra services activated on my number still without my consent, they are deducting my money unnecessarily…

Similar situation with me but in my case they are charging me with text which I didn’t send. Similarly on my mom’s account to. My mom doesn’t even know how to text.
