Text of Complaint by Raghvendra Bhatt:

I lost my sim on 26-Jul and reported for reissuance and reactivation of services on 27-Jul-22. The sim was from MP circle while I am currently settled in Mumbai. So far I have been circling Vi stores with all their advice boiling down to got ot MP circle, docs are not getting verified from here. How is VI a pan India service provider if this is how they are tackling the issue?
