Hello,
Myself Abhay Sharma and my complaint against Vi postpaid bill charges.On the name of other charges they made rupees 50/- in my previous bill.when i asked,”Why you were charging other charges on me?” they replied me through emailed,”Other Charges means late payment Fee”. Even in my bill they never described words “Late Payment Fee” .Now again they are generated my recent bill on 18th Feburary 2021 in which they are charging rupees=100/- on the name of Other Charges and bill payment due date is 05th March 2021. According to my postpaid plan there isn’t any Other Charges but this time i was again asking them via email and I will waiting for there new masquerade. Please filed my complaint against Vi(Vodafoneidea).
