I was porting my no. From VI Vodafone Idea to jio. I received multiple calls from them and they asked me as a jio customer care message Cancel on 1900, which resulted in my cancelation of port process.
At first i thought it was mistake aftwr week i again repeat same steps to port, again one girl called me said that there is some problem in port. Please send Cancel to 1900.
I was in shock. I got call from +919888422240 which completely looks Idea no.
How can they do that forcefully or by manupulating clients.
